AI meeting notes

AI meeting notes — no bot joins the call

TapWisper takes AI meeting notes without adding a bot to the call. It recognizes when a Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack huddle, Webex, FaceTime, Discord, Whereby or Around call starts, records your microphone and the meeting audio on your computer, shows a live transcript, and writes a summary when you stop.

How it works

Three steps. That’s it.

01.

Start notes

Accept the “call detected — take notes?” prompt, or click Start notes on the Meetings page or in the menu bar (tray on Windows).

02.

Follow along live

See a live transcript split into You and Others, jot your own notes, and ask “What did I miss?” for a recap of the last five minutes.

03.

Get the summary

When you stop, TapWisper writes a title and a summary with topics, decisions and a next-steps checklist with owners.
